BEFORE SETTING THE DROPS, PROTEIN SOLUTION WAS MIXED WITH THE PRECIPITANT IN THE RATIO 1:1. CRYSTALS WERE GROWING BEST AT TEMPERATURE 15 DEGREES CELSIUS. |
